A securities fraud class action lawsuit has been filed against O-I Glass, Inc. (“O-I Glass” or the “Company”) (NYSE: OI) on behalf of shareholders who purchased or otherwise acquired the Company's common stock between March 14, 2025 and July 28, 2026, inclusive (the “Class Period”). O-I Glass is a global manufacturer of glass containers for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, with operations in the United States, Europe, and other international markets.

The complaint alleges that, throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements and/or failed to disclose the true state of O-I Glass' “Fit to Win” cost-savings and business-transformation initiative, including that the program's targeted cost savings were delayed, that the Company was incurring higher-than-expected expenses, that operational disruptions were materially offsetting the program's benefits, and that O-I Glass' European operations continued to face competitive and energy-cost pressures — all while defendants expressed confidence in the Company's 2026 outlook for adjusted EBITDA, free cash flow, and glass-packaging growth.

On July 28, 2026, after the market closed, O-I Glass announced its second-quarter 2026 financial results, substantially reducing its 2026 adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow guidance and realigning the financial targets it had set at its 2027 Investor Day. On this news, O-I Glass' stock price fell from a closing price of $9.06 per share on July 28, 2026 to $7.70 per share on July 29, 2026, a decline of approximately 15%.
