The Company stated the restatement did not involve intentional misconduct by the Company, its management, or its employees, and attributed the error to work performed by a third-party accounting firm that assisted before and after the Company's IPO. On this news, Elauwit shares fell $0.52 per share, or 6.8%, to close at $7.12 on March 2, 2026.
