The firm is investigating a derivative case against W&T Offshore Inc. (NYSE: WTI)

A shareholder derivative suit against W&T Offshore, Inc. (WTI), an oil and gas company with approximately sixty offshore oil fields. A recently unsealed whistleblower complaint alleges that the company has repeatedly discharged oil into the Gulf of Mexico, failed to record the discharges, and falsified water samples and related reports.
